Fuente Latina celebra su quinto aniversario

Fuente Latina celebró con toda su comunidad su quinto aniversario con una gran fiesta en Miami, en la que realizaron homenajes a profesionales de medios de comunicación y líderes comunitarios que han contribuido a impulsar la imagen de Israel en el todo el mundo latino. El objetivo de esta fiesta era celebrar los cinco años de Fuente Latina como la única organización que sirve de puente entre Israel y el mundo de habla hispana, ofreciendo a los medios de comunicación el acceso a información justa y equilibrada sobre la realidad israelí en el Medio Oriente.

Together with the local community, Fuente Latina celebrated its fifth anniversary with a huge ‘fiesta’, in which they paid homage to media professionals and community leaders who have helped to boost the image of Israel throughout the Latin world. The goal of this celebration was to celebrate the five years of Fuente Latina as the only organization that serves as a bridge between Israel and the Spanish-speaking world, offering the media access to fair and balanced information on the Israeli reality in the Middle East. The Fuente Latina celebration paid tribute to four exceptional individuals who have helped to promote the work of Fuente Latina. Those recognized during the course of the evening were: Raúl de Molina ‘El Gordo’, presenter of Univision in ‘El Gordo y La Flaca’ and Emmy Award winner; Gonzalo Abarca, host of ‘El Mundo Al Día’, at Voz de America (Voice of America in Spanish); Michael Leven, of Michael and Andrea Leven Family Foundation; and Alex Halberstein, community leader and philanthropist.
